"A portrait of my children, once a week, every week, in 2013." Che and Fidel.
Cohen: This boy loved all the baby chickens cheeping and wants some of his own. One day soon, I hope.
Emerson: This girl was not the least bit phased by the kangaroos, though small dogs are another matter.

I've been thinking about getting a couple of chooks again. I really miss them.
ReplyDeleteEmerson's outfit is so cute.

Kids and animals! Such cute photos and memories for you. Each year we hatch chickens in my classroom, and the kids are just memorised by the little chicks hatching...J
ReplyDeleteI am aiming for chickens this year, they keep getting put off due to the weather and us being unable to actually build a run for them :(
ReplyDeleteEmerson is so very sweet, look at those chubby thighs!
I love that shot of Cohen, he is so completely engrossed and fascinated.
Have a great week

We were supposed to get chickens for Christmas...but Daddy R got caught up painting the house and never got around to building a coop.
ReplyDeleteIf we don't get them by Easter I am going to take matters into my own hands and get one on Freecycle or Ebay!
Lovely photos as always!
I hope you all are staying mostly dry this weekend!
I love it Emerson!
ReplyDeleteKangaroos = no worries.
Little black staffy who loves her = not so sure.
I don't blame her, the staffy is enthusiastic with her love, the kangaroo less so.
Love this weekly portrait :)
ReplyDeleteEmerson, you are fearless!!
