Noticing from the look out that we'd left the children's sand toys down on the beach. Oops.

We celebrated Easter and the long weekend with a BBQ by the beach, fish and chips by the water, and a whole lot of napping, knitting and reading. Of course there was also Easter crafting, an egg hunt, family visits, and two children attempting to overdose on chocolate. But my highlights were certainly the beautiful weather, warm water, and lazy afternoons spent with a book.

And you, how was your Easter?
How did you enjoy your days?

  1. It looks like you had all the ingredients for a beautiful Easter Christina:) The weather was glorious wasn't it! Our Easter was quiet. We were busy tidying and organising for the first couple of days for family on Sunday and then yesterday was at home relaxing before the start of school today. It was a lovely break away from the routine. Enjoy your week. x

  5. You're creating some wonderful memories Christina.
Our Easter was a little bitter sweet - after 25yrs it was our last egg hunt in the garden but at ages 22 & 13 my daughters came together and indulged their mother in a favourite tradition….which of course will follow us on our adventure.
